Terms and Conditions

*Please read this contract in its entirety before clicking the link to acknowledge the Terms and
Conditions.

Customer agrees to:

Pay the quoted price of the 18 yard (12 long x 8 wide x 6 tall) dumpster, plus any weight fees
over the included 4,000 pounds, which will be charged at $150 per ton ($75.00 per 1,000
pounds). If the dumpster is refused at the time of delivery, customer agrees to pay a delivery
charge of $3 per mile based on travel from the above address to the delivery location.

State law requires that contents of all dumpsters be covered for transport. Customer will not
extend any item(s) above the top rim of the dumpster. If the tarp cannot close over the
contents in the dumpster without damage to the tarp, customer agrees to pay an ADDITIONAL
FEE of $50. Customer understands contents may have to be removed from the dumpster for
the tarp to cover the contents. Drivers DO NOT load anything left on the ground.

ONLY Firefighter Dumpsters’ drivers may move or relocate dumpsters.

If upon arrival for pick up the dumpster is blocked or not retrievable, customer agrees to pay an
ADDITIONAL FEE of $50 as well as a trip fee to cover the cost of fuel and driver for the
needless trip.

4,000 pounds and 7 days are included with the dumpster rental. Any weight over 4,000
pounds is an additional cost of $75.00 per 1,000 pounds.

After the initial 7 day rental, customer agrees to pay $3 per additional day.

30 DAYS IS THE MAXIMUM INITIAL RENTAL TERM. ONCE A WAIT LIST EXISTS,
FIREFIGHTER DUMPSTERS WILL REACH OUT TO ANY CUSTOMERS WHOSE RENTAL HAS
EXCEEDED 30 DAYS AND WILL OFFER TO PICK UP OR DUMP & RETURN THE DUMPSTER
ON SITE.

Additional daily charges and any overweight fees will be charged to the card on file at that time.
For DUMP/RETURN, the NEW RENTAL FEE will also be collected and the rental clock will
restart.

There is a weight limit of 10,000 pounds. Anything over 10,000 pounds will cost $75 per
1,000 pounds and customer agrees that some contents may have to be removed to avoid
damage to the dumpster and trailer.

Unless otherwise arranged, Firefighter Dumpsters will automatically schedule pick up after the
7th rental day. We will text or call to confirm prior to pick up.

*As renter of this and future 18 yard dumpsters from Fire Fighter Dumpsters LLC, customer
agrees to all terms and conditions of this contract, which are subject to change according to
current landfill and fuel prices.

● herbicides
● pesticides

● asbestos
● fertilizers
● chemicals of any kind
● oil
● tires
● fuels
● appliances with Freon
● batteries
